Nestled within eighty-nine acres of Colorado ranch land and surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains, this home responds to its site with a sweeping, modern design.
Crisp blue skies, snowcapped peaks and eagle nests; this setting will stop you in your tracks, force you to take a deep breath and acknowledge its presence. Our goal was to create a home with the strength and permanence of this mountain setting, yet with the quiet elegance and serenity of the wild grasses that blanket the valleys.
We let the site’s intrinsic beauty guide the design. The board-formed concrete home settles quietly into the slope with extended roof planes and site walls to soften the home’s edges and connect the form to its surroundings.

Expanses of glass wrap the home to introduce light and blur the separation between indoors and out. Inside, a series of sunlit spaces gracefully flow into one another bringing the warmth of modernism to life.

As you take in the view, sit under a trellis with a glass of wine or relax by the pool, we sought to create a place that allows you to exhale and feel you have arrived.
